After years of working in Hotel Sales for Vista Host, Debo founded the concept behind Collegiate Spots Travel with the help of longtime friends and former Auburn Coaches, Mack McCarthy and Joe Ciampi. Her knowledge and close relationships inside the Athletic World have earned her numerous awards and acknowledgements from colleges throughout the United States. Debo designed an entire program that is devoted to athletic programs and she understands the very nature of Coaching in addition to Athletic Travel. She is known to Coaches worldwide as the "Guru of Travel" and her years of service have been the cornerstone of athletic budgets. Her no-nonsense attitude and a lifetime of experience of have made CST the #1 travel agency for College Athletics.

In January 2006, Debo partnered with Sarah to form a powerful alliance for Collegiate Sports Travel. Sarah, a former National Sales Manager for Wyndham Hotels, has over 14 years of experience in handling the sports market. Her knowledge of the Hotel Industry as well as Athletic Travel provided Collegiate Sports Travel with the capability to negotiate on a different level than ever before. Based out of Houston, TX, Sarah handles development, marketing, and sales as well as being a highly skilled Team Travel Specialist. Since her addition to the company in 2006, Sarah has proven to be one of the greatest assets in Collegiate Athletic Travel.

Sky has over 15 years of experience handling College Athletic Travel. Employed since the age of 15, Sky has been a dedicated and skilled Team Travel Specialist. Armed with a degree in Marketing & Management at the U. of West Florida, she returned to Collegiate Sports Travel to continue her career. By being Debo's daughter and growing up in the world of college athletics, she continues to prove that she knows what it takes to handle Athletic Travel. Along with Team Travel, Sky also handles our Accounting, Marketing, and Hotel Management.

Gena has over 3 years experience in handling Team Travel. After joining Collegiate Sports Travel in March 2006, Gena has been a valuable asset for our company. She is known for being a dedicated and loyal Team Travel Specialist and has received continuous praise and accolades from all of her clients. Gena handles all areas of Travel as well as our Accounts Receivable Department.
